Quality printed scores and parts to your specifications.

I specialize in music engraving for early music – transcribing from manuscript or print facsimiles from the Middle Ages through the Baroque Era into clear, clean, modern editions. The average rate is about $15 for the first (quarto-sized) page of a piece and $10 for each additional page in the same piece. Rates can vary depending on the size of pages, number of parts, and the legibility and complexity of the original source. Discounts are available for large projects and for educational institutions. Please contact me to discuss a project and get a quote.

Do you want a scholarly edition or a performing edition? Do you want the music transposed or arranged in any way? Once we’ve discussed your project and agreed on a fee, I will start work. You will receive a PDF of the first page as soon as it is done to confirm that it meets your specifications. Once the work is complete, I will send a PDF of the complete piece after payment has been made. A hard copy can also be mailed for an additional fee.

I can also create midi and/or mp3 learning files from printed sheet music. The average rate is $10 for the first page of music and $5 for each additional page of music in the same piece. Rates can vary depending on the number of parts and the legibility and complexity of the original source. Discounts are available for large projects and for educational institutions.
